| The three-day course is generally held on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The course is available in person only. The current cost is $300 which includes all textbooks and a free issue of the Sukyo Mahikari journal. |

| The course includes information about the purpose, practice, and history of light energy, the universal principles that govern all existence, as well as practical experiences and examples. The course offers interesting explanations and possible solutions concerning why there are so many changes occurring in the world today and what we can do to help the world become a better place. |

| As part of the course, after two and a half days of lectures, you will receive an individual focal point which enables you to give this light energy to others. On the last afternoon of the course, you will learn how to give light and have the opportunity to ask questions. |

| The course is open to people at least 10 years old. Those aged 10 to 18 must have their parents’ permission to take the course. |
|
| If you are interested, there are intermediate and advanced courses after you have gained experience with the practice. These courses serve to improve one’s practice and to deepen one’s understanding. |
